Types of massages available

$35 Full Body Massage

In Student Clinic our first-year student therapists develop their hands-on skills in the context of a full-body Relaxation Massage.  They are introducing their skills in interviews, postural assessment, Swedish massage techniques, hydrotherapy modalities, and home-care recommendations. They work with experienced supervising RMTs to use their knowledge and understanding of human physiology and anatomy to develop palpation skills and apply them in a nurturing and relaxing massage available to the public.

$40 Sauna & Body Massage

Step inside our soft heat infrared sauna and be carried away to deep relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation and elimination of toxins. Continue relaxing as you receive a 35-minute relaxation massage for your back, shoulders, neck and chest.

$45 Advance Therapeutic Massage

Second Year students are at the level of training to integrate more advanced techniques to treat a variety of conditions and disorders under the guidance of an experienced RMT on staff. They integrate the information from clinical theory and pathology in their academic training and are able to apply their knowledge to assess and treat with more advanced hands-on skills. They are refining their skills in interviews, special testing and assessment, therapeutic modalities, home-care and therapeutic exercises and apply them in a clinical setting available to the public. These students can provide massage to specific areas of complaint.

NOTE: The advanced therapeutic massage appointments may not be available at all times when the clinic is open.  Please check with reception staff for specific details.

All appointments are 75 minutes in total, including assessment and post-assessment time.
