OVCMT alumna (Class of 2018) Amanda Podolski brings a unique blend of academic versatility and clinical passion to our Program Advisory Committee. After a rewarding decade teaching high school while studying French and Spanish at university, Amanda pivoted to her lifelong fascination with health - graduating from OVCMT with her Registered Massage Therapy diploma.

Now thriving at Professional Hands Massage Therapy in Vernon, Amanda specializes in individualized treatments using techniques like muscle energy technique (MET), myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage.
