The PacificSport Interior BC provides the Anita Patrick Memorial Bursary. It is available to BC Registered Massage Therapists in the Thompson/Shuswap Region, who are interested in advancing their sport massage skills.

Surveys can either be printed and filled in by hand or completed online then saved and sent via email. To complete the form online follow these instructions:
1. To type in a form, first click the hand button on the top toolbar to make sure you are in data entry "mode." Next, click in a form field (blank space where text is required) and begin typing.
2. To mark a check box, simply click in it; click again to un-mark it.
3. When you have completed filling in the form, click the Save button to save the file to your computer.
4. Attach survey to email, send to lisa_walker@ovcmt.com.
