Please write a brief but concise essay answering the

Please enclose the following with your application:
- Three current non family reference letters from people who
have known you for at least five years.
- An employment resume.
- Your essay, as outlined above.
- Official School transcripts indicating Grade 12 graduation
and the required prerequisites (Level
2 / Level 3) (ORIGINAL & CERTIFIED TRUE COPY).
- Copies of educational degrees, diplomas, certificates, etc.
- Non-refundable $125.00 registration fee.
- A completed Health Assessment Form (55Kb PDF) signed by both yourself
and your physician.
- A completed Student Budget Worksheet (60Kb Excel). (This worksheet has built in formulas for ease of use. Print it and send it with your application).
- You are required to complete all prerequisites before receiving final acceptance into the program. You may, however, apply prior to completion.
