Sorry, no. Students usually rent apartments, suites or houses. Many share accommodations to help cut down costs (which also has the benefit of a built-in study partner).

What is the average cost of housing in Vernon?

The average apartment/suite rental rates are as follows:

  • One bedroom $500 - $650
  • Two bedroom $600 - $850
  • Three-four bedrooms $1000 - $1400
